Internship agreements must be drawn up/edited online, using the PStage application. This tool, accessible to students, teachers and administrative staff via theEnvironnement Numérique de Travail (ENT), enables computerized management of internships.
Before starting the internship, the student must collect his or her agreement from the school reception desk. The agreement must be signed by the student, the organization and the teacher-supervisor before being deposited at the school reception desk to be validated by the Director of the UFR.
COMPULSORY PROCEDURES FOR DEPARTURE ON A TRAINING COURSE
- An internship agreement is required for all internships (compulsory or optional).
- It must be signed by all parties before the start of the course or it will be null and void.
- Agreements for internships abroad or partly abroad must be specifically reported to the International Relations Department, so that documents concerning the student's social protection can be drawn up.
- Students must ensure that their civil liability insurance covers the risks associated with their internship in France or abroad during the internship period.
- Failure to comply with these instructions will result in the student not being considered as a UFR STAPS trainee.
