Internship agreements must be drafted or edited online using the Esup Stage application. This tool, available to students, faculty, and administrative staff viathe Digital Workspace (ENT), enables the electronic management of internships.

To do this, the student must print out the agreement, sign it, and have it signed by the host organization and the supervising instructor before submitting it to the Registrar’s Office for approval by the Dean of the Faculty.
MANDATORY PROCEDURES FOR DEPARTURE ON AN EDUCATIONAL INTERNSHIP
- An internship agreement is mandatory, regardless of the type of internship (mandatory or optional).
- It must be signed by all parties before the start of the internship, otherwise it will be null and void.
- Internship agreements abroad or partly abroad must be specifically reported to the international relations department so that the documents relating to the student's social security coverage can be drawn up.
- Students must ensure that their civil liability insurance covers the risks associated with internships in France or abroad during the internship period.
- In the event of failure to comply with these instructions, the student will not be considered an intern of the UFR STAPS.
- The student and the host organization are fully responsible in the event of an accident or other problems.
