Internships
Internship agreements must be drafted or edited online using the Esup Stage application. This tool, available to students, faculty, and administrative staff viathe Digital Workspace (ENT), enables the electronic management of internships.

To do this, the student must print out the agreement, sign it, and have it signed by the host organization and the supervising instructor before submitting it to the Registrar’s Office for approval by the Dean of the Faculty.
MANDATORY PROCEDURES FOR BEGINNING A TEACHING PRACTICUM
- An internship agreement is required for all internships (whether mandatory or optional)
- It must be signed by all parties before the start of the internship, otherwise it will be null and void
- Internship agreements that take place entirely or partially abroad must be specifically reported to the International Relations Office so that the necessary documents regarding the student’s social security coverage can be prepared
- Students must ensure that their liability insurance covers the risks associated with their internship in France or abroad during the internship period.
- If these guidelines are not followed, the student will not be considered an intern at the UFR STAPS.
- The student and the host organization bear full and complete responsibility in the event of an accident or any other problem.
