1. First registration at UM Once you have completed your administrative registration and validated your student e-mail address, you will have access to your ENT (digital working environment). On your ENTYou'll see a "HANDY" sticker, which will enable you to take the necessary steps and book an appointment with the preventive medicine service.
   
   Re-registration at UM : go to your ENTClick on the "Handy" tab in the "School" section to submit your request.
   
   The application must be renewed each academic year before November 30.
2. Make an appointment with the preventive medicine service, particularly for exam and study accommodations(scmpps-occitanie@umontpellier.fr or 04 34 43 30 79/04 11 75 93 93).
3. Based on the doctor's recommendations, you will be invited to meet with the handiversity department:handicap@umontpellier.frpourto consider study arrangements.

Procedure in the event of temporary inability to practice (injury, accident, etc.)

Partial or total incapacity to practice part of theTU sports specialty and/or complementary activity

Get in touch with sports teachers:

• To present a medical certificate of contraindication to the practice of sport to the teachers;
• Assessment methods will be discussed with the practice teacher.

Partial or total incapacity not to be able to practice the entireTU sporting specialty and/or complementary activity

Present a medical certificate of contraindication to sports practice to the practice teachers.
Contact the disability services of the University of Montpellier:

1. First registration at UM: complete the online form. Re-enrolling at the UM: go to your ENT, "Scolarité" tab, "Handy" thumbnail, to make your request.
2. Make an appointment with the preventive medicine department ( scmpps-occitanie@umontpellier.fr or 04 34 43 30 79/04 11 75 93 93 )
3. Have the teacher sign the teaching contract
4. Return the signed contract to the UFR STAPS disability department

Please note:

• Partial or total incapacity may require the implementation of an adapted and/or substitution practice;
• Students must be present during sports practice classes; otherwise, they will be considered absent and will receive a mark of 0/20. All absences must be justified to the teachers.
