Reminder of academic regulations
In accordance with the University of Montpellier's "Charter for Committed Students," the UFR STAPS recognizes and values the skills of students who engage in civic activities, particularly when these activities correspond to values that we consider essential: humanitarian aid, health, educational initiatives, solidarity, student life, university sports, etc.
This commitment must be significant, i.e., it must involve the design, management, and monitoring of collective responsibilities for more than 100 hours of work. It can be developed in associations, academic or non-academic, within organizations (civic service, fire department, etc.). It can also involve university life (tutoring, advising, etc.)"...

REQUEST FOR VALUATION
Request for recognition of student engagement
- The jury for the academic year in question decides on the validation of these skills: 4 ECTS, corresponding to a workload of 100 hours.
- Certified skills:
- Design, management, and monitoring of collective responsibilities
- Interpersonal skills: responsibility, listening, negotiation
- Skills: teamwork, legal framework, accounting
- Written report (5 pages) + defense/interview (15 min) in May or June
The value of student engagement is listed on the SAD (Diploma Supplement).
REQUEST FOR DEVELOPMENT
Request for study adjustments / Educational contract
In the event that a student engaged in activities and/or assignments wishes to benefit from adjustments to their studies and exams, an educational success contract will be sent by the registrar's office if the request is administratively admissible.
It must be completed and returned within the specified time frame in order to benefit from the proposed accommodations (accommodations for CC courses and exams).
