Certificates of achievement

• Certificates of achievement for 2022-2023 will be automatically issued on your ENT at the end of the diploma juries, pending availability of the diplomas.

Diplomas 2000-2022

• All DEUST, Bachelor's and Master's degrees are available.

diploma withdrawal procedures

On-site collection

Check the availability of your diploma (above) before coming.
You'll need to bring proof of identity.

The diploma collection service is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Postal delivery

If you are unable to attend in person, you can request to be sent by post.
In this case, you must complete and sign the form.

You must attach to this completed and signed document :

• Copy of your identity document (ID card or passport)
• Proof of address (tax assessment, electricity bill, etc.)
• 23x32cm cardboard envelope:
  • Stamped at the current rate, corresponding to a 100-gram shipment by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
  • Made out to your name and address
  • Completely filled out registered delivery slip with acknowledgement of receipt.

Sending diplomas via the French embassy or consulate general

Graduates living abroad must download the document:

• Fill in the document correctly and sign it (don't forget to indicate the precise address of the French Embassy or Consulate General closest to your home).
• Please enclose photocopy of proof of identity
• Send it all by e-mail to this address: staps-diplomes@umontpellier.fr

Your diploma will be sent to the French Embassy or Consulate General nearest to your home, via the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This embassy or consulate will contact you as soon as it receives your diploma.

Power of attorney

To authorize a third party to collect your diploma, please complete the form below.

The person must come with :

• The completed and signed form
• Original ID + photocopy
• Photocopy of your identity card

Deug - Master's

In accordance with article 8 of circular n°2014-0018 of 23-10-2014

"The two intermediate diplomas, the Diplôme d'études universitaires générales (DEUG) and the Master's degree, are awarded to students who request them.

To do so, download the document below, fill it in correctly, sign it and send it to the address indicated on the document.

ATTENTION: it takes several months for a diploma to be issued (diploma issued, signed by the President of the University of Montpellier, signed by the Rectorat). To avoid penalizing you by waiting too long, we can offer you an attestation of successful completion of the diploma (a document with the same legal value as the diploma).

If you have access to your ENT

You can download the certificates of achievement for the past year and previous years at the University of Montpellier.

If you no longer have access to your ENT

For years prior to 2021/2022, a certificate of achievement can be issued at the student's request.

You can request it by e-mail by sending the form below.

A duplicate diploma can only be issued if the original has been destroyed, lost or stolen.
