RAPA Program: Rehabilitation through Adapted Physical Activities
The Master 2 program in Rehabilitation through Adapted Physical Activities (RAPA) aims to train physical activity professionals specializing in supporting people with chronic illnesses or disabilities. Master's degree holders are destined for APA management positions in the health, medico-social, and social sectors. Using APA as a preferred means of stimulating biopsychosocial resources, they participate in the person's life project through a comprehensive rehabilitation approach.
Prevention, Health Education, and Physical Activity Program (PESAP)
The "Prevention, Health Education, Physical Activity" (PESAP) course is designed to train future leaders in the field of health promotion. More specifically, they are trained to use physical activity as a lever for promoting health, taking into account individuals' commitment to their practices. Ultimately, the training program aims to provide the skills necessary to build conditions conducive to the health of populations in all areas of their lives, particularly in terms of lifestyle and the role of physical activity.
Health Management through Physical Activity for Older Adults (GESAPPA) program
Following a first year of Master's 1 shared with the RAPA program, the Master's 2 GESAPPA program in "Health Management through Physical Activity for the Elderly" aims to train physical activity managers specializing in supporting independent or dependent elderly people.

Physical preparation and reathletization program (PPR)
The PPR course aims to train future managers in physical preparation for the federal and private sectors. Graduates are responsible for designing, managing, implementing, and evaluating physical preparation programs based on both shared field experience and multidisciplinary scientific approaches linked to current technological developments.
Science and Technology Course in Psychological Preparation and Coaching (PsyCoach)
The PsyCoach program aims to train professional sports coaching executives capable of applying scientific knowledge and expertise to improve performance. Graduates will hold strategic and operational management positions in organizations whose mission is to supervise and monitor athletes during sports psychology intervention programs within sports institutions (federations, clubs), local authorities, companies, service providers, sports medical centers, and private paramedical practices.

Sports Tourism Management (MTS) Program
The M.T.S. Master's degree provides knowledge, expertise, and skills in the interconnected fields of management, tourism, and sports and leisure activities.
The MTS program provides students with a foundation in sports science and knowledge specific to sports tourism. It prepares them for entry into the workforce alongside professionals. Active, innovative teaching methods focused on professionalization:

ENGINEERING AND ERGONOMICS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The rise of digital technology and artificial intelligence is creating industrial and educational needs for training senior research and development executives to design digital solutions for sport and health. The Master's degree in Sports Science – Engineering and Ergonomics of Physical Activity (IEAP) in Montpellier meets this need for a human-centered digital transition in the world of sport and health.
The Digital and Movement Sciences for Health (DigiMove) program
He trains researchers, equipping them with advanced skills to manage fundamental research or R&D projects in digital and movement sciences with applications in the fields of health and sport.
The Sports, Health, Artificial Intelligence (2SIA) program
It trains engineering specialists with advanced skills in the design of products and services that combine digital and movement sciences for applications in the fields of health and sports.

Educational content & Skills acquired
- First year: Generalized thematic knowledge (60 hours), tools and languages, specialized courses, internship preparation, internship.
- Second year: Depending on the major, theoretical knowledge, knowledge of the professional environment, methodology, internship preparation, internship.
Training Programs
- Initial training: Depending on specialty, 630 to 960 hours of instruction + 320 to 700 hours of internship
- Continuing education: Registration procedures and information available from the Continuing Education Department at UM.
- Apprenticeship/work-study training for APAS master's degrees (PESAP, RAPA, GESAPPA courses), MS and in the second year only, EOPS PPR course.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Master 1: application via MonMaster
- Master 2: automatically (subject to validation of Master 1), or under certain conditions (changes in specialization or applications from outside the UM).
Continuing education
- PhD, particularly after completing the IEAP-Digimove program.

- Higher education institutions, research, research and development, prevention, integration, rehabilitation, or leisure or sports tourism organizations, sports institutions, local authorities, private practices.
