Students not participating in exchange programs / Individual enrollment
You are an international student and would like to enroll in an individual program.
To enroll in higher education in France with a foreign degree, you must:
- Have met the requirements for admission to higher education in the country where you earned your high school diploma.
- Demonstrate a level of proficiency in French appropriate for the intended program. This level is verified through an exam. Level B2 on the TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) or its equivalent.
Admitted applicants will be enrolled in early September. To do so, you must request an enrollment packet from the Office of International Relations and schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process.
Admission procedures vary depending on your situation.

Non-European applicants who hold a non-European degree and reside outside Europe

Each applicant must follow the procedure that applies to their situation:

Non-European applicants who hold a non-European degree and reside in France
- You need to download the document known as the Green Paper
Applicants who are citizens of the European Union or French nationals residing abroad
- Applicants who are citizens of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, the Principalities of Andorra and Monaco, or French nationals residing abroad must submit their application for admission through ParcoursSup
You live in a country with a Campus France office
You must log in to the website for your country of residence.

Log in to Campus France to submit your application online, depending on your situation. You will also find the application deadline schedule there.
This procedure is required to begin the visa application process.
Please note: Any application submitted outside of the Campus France portal will be rejected by the university’s academic committees.
Are you interested in applying to the first year of a master's program?
Are you a European citizen or a non-European resident of the European Union?
If you hold (or are working toward) a national bachelor’s degree or another degree that qualifies you for a master’s program, you must use the national application platform MonMaster to apply for the first year of a national master’s degree program.

- Administrative registration must be completed before classes begin (please refer to the academic calendars). Several documents are required to complete the administrative registration process.
