Dear students,

This week is a vacation week for both you and your professors, who have been instructed not to assign any homework during this time. This gives you some freedom, but also time to study for your exams. The lockdown period continues, for now until May 11, and we have confirmation that we will no longer be able to hold in-person classes at the university, which means exams will be conducted exclusively online. We are currently working on the changes we will be making to certain exam sections. As a general guide and pending a more precise schedule, the exams are expected to take place between late May and late June. We will therefore get back to you as soon as possible with a detailed exam schedule for each program, outlining the dates, times, and procedures for each exam.Physical education instructors will soon provide details regarding the assessment for specialized physical education courses and supplementary physical education courses. Tests will also be conducted to familiarize you with the procedures for taking remote exams and to verify that you have the technical capabilities to complete these exams. In this context, the entire administration team thanks you in advance for your understanding, diligence, and organization. Best regards,

Hello, everyone.

First of all, the STAPS Department administration hopes you are all in good health.
As you are now aware, the current health crisis has forced us to suspend in-person classes for the remainder of the academic year. Uncertainties regarding our reopening conditions remain. In order to ensure that none of you are penalized and to protect everyone’s health,we have decided to hold end-of-semester exams remotely, as well as the make-up exam session, if necessary.

Accordingly, a detailed exam schedule will be sent to you by late April or early May at the latest, with times that cannot be changed regardless of where you live (Montpellier time).

You will also be invited toparticipate in a brief test a few days before the exams toverify that the tools are working properly. However, in the meantime, it is your responsibility to ensurethat you have the necessary equipment and a reliable internet connection totake your exams.

If you are experiencing any difficulties, please let us know right away so that we can assist you.
Some of you have already contacted us, and we will address your requests on a case-by-case basis.

I wish you all the best with your studying, and please take care of yourselves.

Best regards.
