Tutoring

Instructor in charge of tutoring: Valérie STRACK

What is tutoring?

Tutoring is a program for STAPS students who need help or have special circumstances (such as elite athletes). It is not a class or a tutorial session like those offered at the university. Tutoring consists of a range of support activities provided by STAPS students who are qualified as tutors, designed to help students succeed in their studies. These activities can complement your independent study by helping you understand key course concepts, learning methodologies, how to create study guides, and how to prepare for exams and multiple-choice tests. These tutors work under the supervision of a faculty advisor (Valérie Strack).

How does it work?

This is therefore a personal initiative: tutoring is not mandatory and involves no commitment other than agreeing with a tutor on a way to work together. It is a service offered by the UM and the UFR STAPS for the sole purpose of helping you succeed in your studies.
