*Outside the opening hours of the UFR STAPS and therefore in the absence of the security service provided by the UFR, this will be handled by the approved partner (1 security guard per 100 people).

The basic security guard package is for a minimum period of 4 hours in accordance with public procurement rules.
Contract No. 2022-037 Surveillance and security guard services for the University of Montpellier campuses
Application of rates:
*Weekly rates apply from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
*Weekly rates from 10:00 p.m., weekends, public holidays, and vacations, security services are added if the rental is less than €1,300 excluding tax.
Special conditions for discounts granted
- Room rental fee for thesis party followed by drinks: room free of charge/drinks paid for by the doctoral student from the UFR STAPS (Faculty of Sports Science)
- 10% discount: for rentals of 40 hours or more
- 20% discount: for rentals of 60 hours or more
- 30% discount: for rentals of 90 hours or more
- 50% discount for associations and UM departments, subject to approval by the director of the UFR STAPS.
- Free for UFR STAPS associations based at UM, excluding security services.
Cleaning is included in the rates, provided that the premises are left in the same clean condition in which they were rented. The management of the UFR STAPS reserves the right to charge for cleaning services if necessary.
