Application of rates :
*Weekly rates are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
*Weekly rates from 10:00 pm, weekends, public holidays and vacations, plus security if less than €1,300 excluding VAT.
Special discount conditions:
*Room package for thesis reception followed by aperitif: free room/aperitif at the expense of the UFR STAPS PhD student *10% discount: from 40 hours' rental
*20% discount: from 60 hours' rental
*30% discount: from 90 hours' rental
*50% discount for UM associations and components, subject to approval by the UFR STAPS director.
Cleaning is included in the rates, provided the premises are left in the same state of cleanliness in which they were rented. The management of UFR STAPS reserves the right to invoice a cleaning service if necessary *Free for UFR STAPS associations domiciled at UM, excluding security.
