Fees for Sports Facilities at the UFR STAPS
*Outside the UFR STAPS’s operating hours—and therefore when the UFR’s security staff are not on duty—security will be provided by the contracted partner (1 security guard per 100 people).

The basic security guard service package is valid for a minimum period of 4 hours, in accordance with public procurement regulations.

Rate Schedule:
*Weekday rates apply Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
*For weekday rates after 10:00 PM, weekends, holidays, and school breaks, a security fee applies if the rental amount is less than €1,300 (excluding tax).
Special discount terms and conditions
- Room rental fee for a thesis celebration followed by a reception: room provided free of charge / reception to be paid for by the STAPS department doctoral student
- 10% discount: for rentals of 40 hours or more
- 20% discount: for rentals of 60 hours or more
- 30% discount: for rentals of 90 hours or more
- 50% discount for associations and UM departments, subject to approval by the director of the STAPS School.
- Free of charge for UFR STAPS student organizations based at UM, excluding security services.
Cleaning is included in the rates, provided the premises are left in the same clean condition as when they were rented. The UFR STAPS administration reserves the right to charge for cleaning services if necessary
