Campus Veyrassi Rental Form

Renting facilities at the UFR STAPS – Veyrassi Campus requires the signing of an agreement. It is important to take into account the administrative processing time involved in drafting this agreement, as well as the approval process, which may affect the time required to finalize the agreement.

Before filling out this form, we recommend that you review the rates and the layout of the facilities. The availability of classrooms and gyms will depend on their current occupancy, keeping in mind that priority will be given to courses offered by the UFR STAPS.

A MANDATORY site visit must be scheduled in the presence of the logistics department to discuss the safety rules applicable to participants regarding current building regulations.
