"Mapping the grammar of exclusion in the context of inclusion and PE."
International research shows that students with disabilities face multiple barriers in inclusive physical education. From the subjective perspective of these students, inclusive experiences are often not accessible to them. Using the example of physical education with blind students, the lecture shows which barriers are named in detail and which structural challenges are associated with inclusive physical education and why.
Martin Giese is a professor at Heidelberg University of Education, and his research focuses on, among other things, physical education and sports pedagogy, inclusive education, and adapted physical activity.
