French Volleyball and Beach Volleyball Championships

As the academic year draws to a close, the University of Montpellier Sports Association—driven by the dedication and talent of its students from the UFR STAPS—has had an exceptional season in the final rounds of the French University Volleyball Championships.

The results achieved reflect the remarkable caliber of our students:

• 🏆 French University Beach Volleyball Champions (men's) – Nantes;
• 🥉 3rd place in beach volleyball (women's);
• 4th place in men's beach volleyball;
• 🏆 French University Volleyball Champions (men's) – Rennes;
• 5th place in women's volleyball.

These achievements contribute to the University of Montpellier’s reputation in sports at the national level and fully demonstrate the quality of the support we provide to our student-athletes.

These outstanding results are a great reward not only for our students, but also for everyone who supports them day in and day out as they pursue both their academic and athletic goals.

Now it’s time for the European University Volleyball Championship, which will take place from July 14 to 24 in Salerno, Italy, where the University of Montpellier will once again represent France with the goal of flying our institution’s colors high on the European stage.
