TU 2026
As part of the “Aquatic Rescue andTU Aid” (TU) course offered by the STAPS Department, approximately 100 children from the Montpellier metropolitan area participated in water confidence sessions. Twelve students from the UFR STAPS received training in supervising water safety as part ofTU .
This supplementary training program allows third-year bachelor’s degree students to develop additional skills related to the profession of lifeguard, while enriching their career path through hands-on field experience.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the French Ministry of Education and the Montpellier Metropolitan Area for their trust and support in implementing this program, which has been particularly enriching for both the students and the participating children.
